RFE times 2 (last one Oct 2003)
web site says: we have received RFE and we will give you written decision earlier than stated time period since your application is complete?

"On XXXXX date, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

VSC currently processing July12th 2002
do we have to complete 5 years( I mean is there a chance that we can get approved before completion of 5 years)
also: my big problem: I am not payed by my sponsor at all (4th year onwards) my income is mostly Moolightings!
what is impact of this( I am scared?)
please give me advises many of them
