My 6 yrs on H visa will expire 7 months after I start a waiver job. What is the best way for me to ensure extensions on my H1b visa while doing waiver job?(As I believe I will need to be on H1 status for 3 yrs of waiver job).
At what time should the LC be filed to enable timely extensions on H1B? Will the fact that with the new PERM process LC applications will no longer be pending for 1 year play any role?
What happens if the LC gets approved and then the H1B 6 yrs expire? How can I get extensions on H1B with an approved LC?
