I am happy to inform that my and my spouse's I-485 case has been Approved on sept 3 2004.My online status message didn't change.I never recevied any email from uscis website.Also my LUD is Aug-5-2004.

Changed employer.Never informed INS.My lawyer requested enquiry regarding the delay in processing on Aug 17.was adviced to wait for another 30 days.I directly saw the aproval letter in my mail-box.I did my stamping at newak office. had to wait four hours.

Congrats simba2002, After your lawyer made enquiry, did you guys receive a letter from them saying pending service consideration or something of that sort. Coz, I called on Aug1st and initiated a check. Last week I got a letter sayin pending service consideration. Thanks
 
I did not received a letter from them saying pending service consideration or something of that sort.If my case didn't aprove before spet 17 then may be I will get it.
 
SIMBA2002, What's online status msg says now? (My online msg didn't updated even after VSC recd RFE response). Please respond.

Hopefully there is some issue with online system

days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case

advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.

Did any body know what it means.

My lud changed on Aug 19th. At this date, they issued duplicate RFE. On Sep 1st VSC recd rfe response but status still says they issued RFE on Aug 19th.
