when u can leave the employer
citizenhsip related stuff
how long u can be out of US
whether u have to - apply for PR- in china/india in ur lifetime
filing tax as PR - careful not to use non-resident forms
file ar- 11 if u go for a extended vacation ( just kidding)
if not married - feel very dejected that ur pool of "opposite sex(same sex too !!!) to select" shrank to people in US or ones that can come on their own visa

optimist:
relax and enjoy.
take a break from work
BBQ on weekends.
offer help to people on the way to get GCs.
if not married - will marry an american

I think an inactive PR should do more fitness exercises.
This is the most sensible way to keep GC card in posession
longer.

isn' that for Tax purposes if you stay in america for more than 180 days you are as good as a resident? it is my understanding that NR in IRS terms means if you stayed in a state and worked for less than 180 days.

i have never seen any form that is based on citizenship or PR based.

they say if u file tax as non resident then u have shown intent to abandon PR.

proof that they do care about it....- go here

It may depends upon the country of origin. My guess
is that

For immigranta from Europe, it make no difference

For Indians, more male Indians marry American women than female Indian marry Ameriucan men

For China/Japan/Korea, more female marry American men than males marry Ameriucan women.
