I haven't heard anything after my FP late december.
I know it is not that long...
but...
the silence is deafening..

Anyone else with me?
 
I am with you. FP 12/22/2004. What was your date? Give it a little time. I think its too early.

My FP date

was Dec 22 nd. LUD changed twice with same message of fingure print review received etc only change being date which is Jan 3rd now.

Things happen within a couple of months

Guys,

Lately I have noticed that for most people the 140 and 485 gets approved within 2 months of FP date. Ofcourse the PD has to be current. Most of you should see something by mid to late Feb.

By the way, my FP is on the 15th of Feb. Still a while to go for me. What sucks is that the ATL office refuses to take me in early.

My 140 was approved about 18 months ago.
Regarding your FP, I think it doesn't hurt to try to just walk in rather than trying to reschedule if thats what you meant when you said they wouldn't take you early. My original FP date was Jan 8 th but I went in early on Dec 22.

I was in the same boat till this afternoon - ND 11/18/2002, FP 12/28/2004. My LUD changed every day from 1/4/2005 thru 1/17/2005, with no change in message.

Received the happy emails TODAY from "USCIS-CSSO" that sends shivers down the spine!!

So hang in there, it's just a matter of hours and days, not even weeks!! All the best!

My LUD changed on 21 st with the message that an RFE has been sent. Waiting for it to arrive. I don't know what it could be..
