I am a winning of lotterie U.S.A, me do not understand English definitely I shall want to know if there is a translation of forms 230 I and II? I shall want to know also if it belongs to me to sign all documents or my wife must sign his? and me signed for my children ? thank you .kamel196541@yahoo.fr

the US embassy in your country may have the forms in your language. Check their website.

You need to sign your forms. Your wife needs to sign her forms. The winner needs to fill and sign DSP-122 and DS-230. The rest of the family needs to fill and sign DS-230. For children under 14 years old either you or your wife can sign the forms and next to the signature you will write Father or Mother.
