Do I have to sign with FirstName MiddleName LastName or
FirstName LastName ?


also to calculate the days outside US, should I include the Day I left US.
Example: Left US on 11/23/2008 and entered US 12/08/2008:

Is it 15 or 16 days?

I used Excel Date End - date Start and it gives me 15 days.

I signed my whole name. And, I count the exit and entry dates as days spent in the US, because the Guide says "partial days in the US are generally considered full days in the US."
