Signature card with I-765

Hi,
   The signature card with I-765 form has a signature & fingerprint space.
Is signature alone is enough or we should finerprint also. If we have to fingerprint ,should we do it ourself or go to local INS or application supporting centers. I am applying EAD for the first time. There is no clear instructions regarding this.

Signature ONLY

I send signed the BLUE CARD in the signature box ONLY and sent it. I think you should do that ONLY.

you can get it anytime. You can also order over the web at the INS site (get the whole I765 set)
 
I think signature is required

The EAD card that you get has your finger print on it. Thus I would assume that you need to have your fingure print on I-765. See to it that the fingure print fits within the box exacly. I got mine done at the place where I had gone to take my pictures (to be submitted with the application).
