Signature Card not required during EAD Renewal

Hello

I am going to apply for my EAD renewal. But my Lawyer assistant says that signature card is no longer required for filing EAD. She says this is from Jan/Feb.

But when i requested the EAD Application form from INS around July they have sent me the forms along with the signature card...

I would like to know who is correct. And am i required to send the signature card.along with the application form.

Please tell me how to proceed.

Ask your lawyer assistant to talk to the Lawyer and confirm. Or you talk directly to him.
