Signature card for EAD renewal

Hello Friends:

I read in immigration-law.com...that there is no signature card required for EAD application. Is that applicable to NSC also ? anybody applied for EAD renewal recently ? JUst fill up the EAD application and attach the appropriate documents.

PLease post ur recent experience . I appreciate it.

No need for signature card

You need not attach the signature card for NSC too.
 
not true with all local INSs

Only few local INS offices does that, others are asking
to file thru\' mail only.
 
Hi Prakash, you know how long before EAD can be renewed in denver INS?

Mine expires in Aug, but would like to go now for renewal. I may not be in state by Aug. Can I do that??
 
Normally they say you cannot go before 60 days from expiration (meaning june in ur case).

But INS is a crazy place where no rules are followed so no harm in trying. at most u waste a few hrs. if u go ,be there at the paris st office by 5.30 AM to get out by 9 AM with ur EAD. Doors open at 7.30 AM but if you go at 7.30 there will be at least 75 people before you and your whole day is gone.

Anybody has confirmed that NSC does not require signature card. Please post ur experiences. Greatly appreciate.
