Hi yall, my unlucky digits say it all 2008AF00067XXX , been waiting for ages to get an interview letter , Africa is at 47,000 today the 6th of July, a little hope there , but still it isn't 67,000....what i need to get through.

If there is anyone with this kinda sadness , I would ask for you to like pm me and we can talk about it , cause it's not fair to go through this alone.

September is closing in fast .... all regions are marked CURRENT except for Africa which i would say totally sucks.

Ne-way , been in Africa for 25 yrs already , some 25 more years is not so bad the way i see it...probably for the best that I dont get through this rigid system (life expectancy for a male african living in Africa is 50 yrs max)

At least wait till the next bulletin, I am sure that AF will be current and you will have your interview in Aug or September. There is still time. Remember all it takes is one day to get the visa, if all your paper work is in order and you dont have to go through administrative processing. I wish you and all the other people who are above 47k for AF the best of luck for the next bulletin, it should be out in a few days.
 
Tony, I hear you! That would be the worst.....getting the NL and still not even getting a chance for the interview. It's a horrible tease! However, I think alemitmee is right: Africa might be current next month! I think the past two years Africa was current in September! If it is, make sure you ask (reschedule) for an early September interview! Hang in there brother!
