PD for certain countries is already regressed back to 3 years and since now PERM will be effective soon, labor certification process will be superfast as compared to available immigration visa numbers at any time for any country. So I guess side effect of faster labor certification processing will be more wait time for filing I485 (and ultimately more stress, instability, exploitation, etc, etc...) unless increase in visa numbers or any other such provision!! To make aware of this serious issue to government, we must write to Senators as well as start a petition ASAP.
