I submitted everything (refer my signature),RFE and Bio code-1 was my last process done.
I don't know what the heck is going on with this F......INS.
I helped a friend to file I-485 a year after me and she got her GC yesterday.
My godness what kind of work is this?

All I can say is that just have patience. I know its tough and I had tough time keeping it..but you have no other choice. YOu can either sulk and be pissed off and not be able to sleep like me all night..or you can say Ok wahtever whenever I get it like others.

Usually it takes 30-45 days after Code 1 if RFE has been submitted...So thats the good news for you. Usually if you get a Code 1 after RFE, it really means that the officer thinks everything is done but wants to get your FP cleared again...Or else you will not get code 1. I thought it was automatically generated but after the iniital CODE 1...the rest are not automatic and depend on the officer...

So just chill. I think you will get approved in Mid January for sure..at least by end of january. I think there is a deadline of approving after a BIO(if application is complete) but I can't be sure about it. HOwever I have roamed around these boards and other boards and most get within 2 months of their last bio...

I'm in the same boat, within the same timeframe and I wrote to my congressman, where I addressed the issue of chronological, or, in our case, lack of thereof, case processing. I'm sick sick of this bunch of arrogant morons and as soon as I'm eligible for citizenship, I'll apply on the first day of eligibility - just to get rid of them permanently. No other reasons. :mad:

I was wondering where you were. I meant to ask you what was up with your stuff. Be patient, you are not the only one with RD 2001 who is waiting. We'll be there eventually.

How did you get your approval notice first, by email or by mail? I have done my Bio code1 on Nov 2nd but still nothing yet :(

I got no approval letter..straight gc. I called the customer service and they will send me an approval letter.
 
Espritis,you are overdue for BIO code1.You have to call and ask them about it.You are not getting your GC with out the Code1.

First, thanks for noticing :)

I called them a couple of days ago, but didn't say anything about my FP being expired(didn't wanna be a smart ass).
I just asked if anything has been mailed to me lately, because I know that my last BIO notice ended in my neighbor's mailbox so I was basically checkin' to see.
But once again, all the rep told me was my current status that I can view myself on-line. I don't think he actually opened up my file with all the info in it??????
I don't know what to do?????
