Sibling Names??

Hi,
I am wondering if thru the GC / citizenship process, did I enter my siblings name and DOB? I recall collecting them sometime, but do not see a form that I might have filled into. I have gone thru counselor processing via employment for myself.

If someone recall entering this info can they share the form that we used during GC/Citizenship process.

There is no form that require you to put your sibling through GC/citizenship process. On GC/citizenship process form, you put only your children, your present wife and your prior marriage.

You sure you not confusing this information with regards to Canadian immigration forms? They do ask to list all siblings.
