Any experience good or bad with INS 140 case referral/ query?

CASE PENDING AFTER RFE

Hi Guys

I replied to a RFE in Aug 2003 - case not yet approved any such past experience to expedte the case will be appreciated.

I-140
ND October 2002
EAD- approved on April 2003 (applied for extension)
AP - Applied in Jan 04

Agey kya hoga - Raam Jaane

Can you post the RFE details.... EB2 or EB3. It will be helpful to others.
In your case your attorny can call INS and find out.

Attorney called USCIS - they said they would reply in a month. The query was about company tax returns.

EB3 category.

I have done the same. Please keep me posted if you hear anything from INS. I am not sure if this case referral works. Lets hope for the best.

Case Referral is requesting INS to tell us why your case was not processed with the cases having the same priority date.

Yeah got it. But I wanted to know the process. Any idea how do they do it? I think same would be done for 485 too - right?
