Shouldn't CIS have posted processing time yesterday?

Yes we all expected them to post it on friday, eagerly waiting for monday(today) for them to post it.

I am really surprised why USCIS has not released new processing dates, if you go AILA.org, they have CSC,TSC,NSC dates avialable there but not VSC.

NSC has moved ahead by 26 days and CSC just 5 days, could not open TSC report out there.

what is going on with VSC?

any one knows why USCIS has not updated processing dates on website?

looking at aila.org, lokks like VSC has not release there updates,

any knows anything abt it?

I kinda of thought of this, last month also in second release of the month, they just moved the date by 3 or 4 days,

so what happaned to all those new h1b resources.

is it not streng that in the same month, in first 15 days they process 1 month of application and move date from april 15th to may 08 and in next 20 days they just do not move even a day ahead.

or may be they still do not have VSC numbers and since they were waiting for 3,4 days looks like VSC did not come up with there numbers and and USCIS decided to go ahead and update site so that atleaste peopl eusing other Service center can se there updates.

VSC jaisa koi nahi bhai..jai ho

Looks like the H1B cases are done, the date for new I129 is Feb 20'04. CIS stopped accepting H1b on 17th Feb.

The H1B resources should be fully available now for processing I140. We should see more approvals in coming days.

Agreed, but not many H1B applications are received before October.

According to last years statistics, they received about 15,000 cases before Oct'01, which is about 2500 cases per month. While, after Oct'01 it went up to 15,000 per month.

H1B processing should not require significant resources until October, worst case September, maybe.

Also, didn't they say that they will accept applications for new h1b from April 1st but would not procces them before the start of fiscal year? which is Oct 1st i guess, but wouldn't they want to train all these h1b people to process I-140?

just a thought...
