Should we send husbands PP copies when Inviting girls father to visit US

Hi,
Iam planning to invite my father to visit US. Since Iam emplyed Iam sponsering for his visit. Should I send my husbands passport copies or any other documents of my hubby's , along with my passport copies.

I changd my My last name after my marriage so , except for my tax returns all other documents show my husbads last name.

I do not see a need, but won't harm if they a copy handy, just in case.
