Should U order plastic GC or is it Automatic?

Hi

I remember seeing some approved I-140/485 receipients stating that they see on case status that their GreenCard (plastic) is ordered !

Does this mean that some people gets it ordered as soon as their I-140/485 is approved and some others have to go to InfoPass and make an appointment etc?

If so is it because of the change in procedure in INS photo requirement?

If they take code 3 FP, the GC will be ordered automatically upon 485 approval.
