I already have my labor and I-140 approved through my current employer. My current priority date is June 2004 in EB3 category(3 years Bachelors degree). Now I'm planning to substitute an LC of company B to me. The priority date is December 2003, EB3. Even though my education and experience match, Job title in the LC (of company B) is slightly different than my previous experience letters. I called up my previous employer and they agreed to give a modified experience letter so that Job title will be exactly same as in the LC of company B. As mentioned above my roles and responsibilities are almost the same in both the LCs. However, Job title is slightly different.
Now I have a question. Since I will be applying for I-140(substitution LC) with slightly different experience letter(Job title different) when compared to my previously approved I-140, will it jeopardize the chances of my I-140 approval through company B? Will it show any impact on the already approved I-140 filed through my current employer? Are there any chances for USCIS comparing both my I-140s? Please let me know. Your advice would be of great help to me.
Thanks in Advance.
