Should my wife renew H4 after using AP?

My H1 and my wife's H4 are going to expire soon. I am going to renew my H1. My wife already used her AP once to enter US this summer. Should I also renew her H4? If so, does the renewal have any negative impact on her pending I-485 application?

Our Info: I-140 and I-485 are not approved. We both have valid AP and EAD. I did not use AP and EAD. My wife also did not use EAD (she does not work) but she traveled back to home country using AP this summer.

Using AP does not automatically make her H status invalid ... she is still on H status.

So in that case, maintaining her H status is important since your 140 is still pending.
So yeah, go ahead and get her H4 renewed as well.
