Should my wife be here for concurrent filing ?

I got married recently. My wife is still in India. I got my LCA approval today. WHat is the best thing to do with regard to filing for next 2 steps ?

1. file 140 now and file I 485 after my wife comes here
or
2. file both concurrently once my wife is here.
My wife is working there. Is it worthwhile for to come over here immediately rather than 3 or 4 months later as she has been planning ?

If she has H4 visa stamped then she can come file I-485 and can go back, remember she should have Valid H4 visa stamped in her passport while she comes to US, once she files I-485 goes back then she should be back to US before her H4 expires or she needs AP to re-enter and she has to apply for AP with I-485 and to get AP it may take 3-4 months depending on service center, but if you can maintain H1B status after filing I-485 for you and your wife, then she can get H4 visa I don’t know till what time your current H1B is valid. You know your situation better.

Option 1 seems better as she has to spend on air ticket and have to leave job for minimum 1-2 month ( don’t know how fast is your lawyer to file I-485)
