Should KCC contact me?

Hi, I am 2013 DV selectee, I already have filled DSP and DS forms and sent them to KCC via tracked Royal Mail delivery, It arrived on 20th May. However I have not heard anything from them so far, is this uncommon? What should I do?

Case Number is EU and in High 16 000`s

When I talked to them last month, they said that they typically don't let you know anything if everything goes well. I would just email them or call them.
 
Exactly right. They won't notify you that they have received your application documents. Just give them a ring or e-mail and they can confirm their receipt on the spot - they are very friendly and helpful! They even told me the approximate date for my interview.

Contacting KCC:*If you need to contact the KCC, always refer to your name and case number exactly as they appear on your original Selectee Letter. Your case number should be clearly written in the upper right hand corner of all documents and correspondence sent to the KCC. The KCC telephone number is 606-526-7500 (7:30am until 4:00pm EST), or send an E-mail inquiry to KCCDV@state.gov.

Boss I want to ask you regarding the interview date, I tried with them, but they didn't tell me, they said you will know in due course

When I said approximate date they gave me the month :)... Based on your number it will almost certainly be in October!

Any idea how long they take to reply?? I sent them Email yesterday during work hours and got automated email almost instantly, however I did not put date of birth on email, since on status check page they say in bold that you need to mention case number + name and nothing about DOB. However in automated email they did mention that you supposed to include DOB

They take at most 5 business days.
I would suggest you send a new email with your DOB,CN and Names as appear on Status check page. This is because they will respond opn your initial email on day 5 and tell you to send the email with Date of birth and thus you have to wait another 5 days.
 
They replied to 2nd email, where I have submitted the date of birth within 7 days. They mentioned that documents were fine for further processing and that interview will be around October.
