Should J2 apply for Waiver along with J1 waiver application…..

Hi All,

My husband is on J1 and I am on J2 visa. My J2visa says “2 year rule does apply”.

Now my husband is applying for J1 wavier.

* Is it sufficient if my husband gets J1 waiver?
* Do I have to apply for the J2 waiver?
* If J2 waiver has to be obtained, then can the application for J1 & J2Waiver be applied together?

you dont have to. Only J-1 needs to get waiver and this applies to all dependents. J-2 need not apply.
