I started my J1 waiver on July 1st this year in TX. My employer has 3 offices, one of which is in an underserved area where I work 40 hrs a week.
Today I got a call from the Texas dept of state health services, who had recommende my waiver. The guy told me it was a routine follow up call. He asked for the adress of my practice and I gave him the underserved clinics adress. He then checked the letter they had sent to the Dept of state on my behalf and on it the administrative address of our practice was listed (which is NOT in underserved area).
He told me to check the address listed on my H1B and to contact my lawyer.
The address on my H1B approval notice is the one in the underserved area as well.
Should I be worried? I have already sent an email to my lawyer
