Should I wait for the DV payment receipt?

Hi, I have about three more weeks to wait for this receipt. My AOS is ready to go otherwise. I can send a copy of the cashier's check and proof of payment. Recognizing the Sept. 30, 2025 absolute deadline, what is my best course of action? Thank you for any insight.
