Should I use my last name on my wife's I-130.. .I will submit marriage certificate (her last name) and her birth certificate (her last name)...

If you mean, should you put your wife's maiden name or married name, then put the name by which she wishes to go by.

For most people, their new married name is the name they put on the paperwork.

Married name change is not automatic unless you specific that you would like to change it. Unless she have changed her last name to your last name after marriage. She should use her own last name to avoid confusion and background check issues.

my wife hasn't changed anything yet regarding her last name.. its still her old last name..

should i put her last name on the paperwork.. so it matches... i am afraid if i put my last name it will not go through

If she did not specify that she wanted a name change in the marriage paperwork or any other legal documents (Driver's license, Social Security card, passport, etc.) then use her original name for the I-130.

mr jackolantern is correct

they go by what is listed on social security records.

if she did not change her name with social security then she needs to go by whatever name they have her down as.
