Folks,
I am back, with a sad face
.
My ND is 09/26/2003, got I140 approved in september 2004.
Did my FP on oct 28th 2004 and got first LUD for FP recd on Nov 4th
After that another one on 11/09 and third on 11/11/2004.
I was very very hopefull that something will come out in 2 weeks, either approval or RFE but nothing happaned, i am not having good feeling abt it .
I also moved to a new city in same state but did not change address as it take 3 weeks to get address change and did not want to take risk hopeing that approval will come soon.My Ead is expiring on dec 31st though i have never used it.
some people told me that change ur address and file for EAD and this may trigger approval as it will go thrue same officer who is handling ur case.
WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?
