Should I submit documents to NSC?

I have not submitted my W2 tax stubs at the time of filing I485. Also, I don\'t remember if I sent my marriage certificate and birth certificate to INS. I was wondering if I should send the copy of these documents voluntarily to avoid any RFE? Your response will be appreciated.

Make sure you include your Lin# and I-485 Application Number.

Trust me. You will be grateful that you did some good deed by sending those documents voluntarily. And send it thru your lawyer. I think there is some kind of form or a request where it has to say addendum to application. So this way it really gets put in your file.

Today morning, I mailed the documents to INS. However, I did not know anything about sending these documents through lawyer. I hope INS accepts these documents from me. I did mention my A-number and Lin-number.

Why dont you go to India. When going to India drop your wifes old I-94 and while coming back get a new I- 94.
