Should I send I-485/EAD to local office (Baltimore) or District office (Vermont)?

Good afternoon,

I will soon become an US Ctizen. I will apply through the Baltimore (Md) office. Soon after, I would like to submit EAD and I-485 for my spouse. Should I send the applications and forms directly to the local office (Baltimore) or to the District Office (Vermont)? It is really confusing at times.

I would really appreciate an answer from someone.

there is a huge thread for Baltimore by Kitaorang... As far as I know, for Baltimore area, you send the applications to Vermont. They handle the money part and then send the file to baltimore office which is ultra fast..
