Should I send EAD and I485 receipt for UK VISA - No AP

Hi Guys,
I am doing a stop over in UK for 2 days en route to India.
Applying for a UK Visitor's visa.

In support docs section,they have asked for EAD,AP,H1B etc as work authrisation proof.
I have a valid H1B upto 2010 and also visa stamped till that date.

I got my EAD card and have I-485 receipt,but did not apply for AP as I have valid H1B.

Dont want to send in EAD,I-485 receipt etc,as it will confuse folks at UK Consulate and they will insist on AP.
So,thinking will just send my H1 approval notice and "passport+I-94" - all originals.

Do you think I should send I-485 receipt and EAD also and if not,they might either reject the visa or ask for it?

Will appreciate any replies and also any UK visa experiences.

------------------if you have VALID H1 visa stamp in your passport then why you need to send EAD or AP to them? you H1 visa stamp is for work authrisation proof and for entry to US

----------Don’t send EAD AP it may get lost, Talk to them and inform that you have Valid H1 visa stamp. if you dont have VISA stamp then you have to send what they ask. many confuse VISA stamp with H1 approval notice. H1 approval is NOT VISA

Thanks a ton Ginnu for your quick response.
I will send them only passport and original H1 approval notice.
Anyways,will try and call them once to check on these things before mailing.

----------------- it means you dont have Valid Visa stamp in your passport, you have only H1 approval notice and approval notice is not for entry. in your past post you wrote "I have a valid H1B upto 2010 and also visa stamped till that date" if you have H1 visa stamped in passport then no need of sending AP, if you dont have valid Visa sticker in your passport then you may have to send AP
The UK consulate or embassy will need document that shows that you can enter US.
Anyways,will try and call them once to check on these things before mailing.

They need:
Evidence of your Immigration Status in the USA and permission to re-enter the USA after your trip (not necessary for US citizens). Please submit original documents. Examples include:-

-Permanent Resident Card (you dont have)
-Valid US visa (e.g, H1B, F1) ( If you have VALID US visa that is ok)
-Advance Parole Document (if you dont have Valid US Visa stamp in your passport)
-Valid I-94 (it shows your valid status in US)

Evidence of funds: e.g, Recent bank statement (within last 30 days), travellers cheques. (Credit card statements are not acceptable

Employment Letter / Confirmation of Employment.(you should send this )

For Vacation: to include length of service and vacation dates.

Thanks Ginnu.I meant about original docs to send -H1 approval and passport.(Not EAD card,H1 Receipt etc)
I already applied online and will be sending supporting docs as well.
