Should I inform anyone if returning to india(resigned job) after 4 years of H1B status. If yes, to whom should I inform and what format, please answer my question.
 
are you returning to India? No need to inform anybody except for your landlord and local utilities:) BCIS is not bothered about you returning to india. However if you plan to apply for H1 later and want to enjoy full 6yr in your second innings, preserve documentation proving your departure date..
