Should I include current job when filling out Alien Work Experience on ETA form 9089?

Should my current job be included? If so, how to fill out "End Date" session? It won't let me enter charactors but only dates.

Yes, you have to include your current job. Attorneys normally leave the "end date" blank for the current job. The PERM system accepts a blank (NULL) value for the end date of the current job.
