I have been pursuing CP and the regular adjustment of status process simultaneously. Fingerprinting in the US was done in Feb and my CP date is in early May. The problem is that I am no longer employed with the company sponsoring my Green Card. The company however is supporting my Green Card process, will provide a letter saying so, and has also provided me with a leave of absence.
Is the Consular Processing interview very difficult at the moment? Should I skip the interview? Thanks for your response.
