Should I get my FP done only on the prescribed dates or can I get in earlier.

I received my FP notice, couple of days ago. I have to go for FP on 5/7/01. Is it possible for me to get my FP done earlier, or do I need to wait. I called the INS Direct, and was told, that they may or may not do it. Does anyone have any experience on this ?

No appointment necessary, you can walk in and walk out into any finger printing office. You only got to show them a xerox copy of the letter you have in your hand from Center. You can do anyday in advance and you don\'t have to wait until the day shown on the paper. It\'s just like getting a six-pack from the liquor store. Cool...!

My notice date is Feb 13 2001 and I have got an FP notice for May 10 2001. Does anyone know how long after FP will I get the GC.

My processing is from VSC and category is EB2
