Should i file AC21 or wait

Hello,
My 485 is of EB3 category with PD of Nov 2001 India, i recently changed job and address, my previous company has no intention of cancelling my I 140 (that is what the HR person said in exit interview)
I will send an AR 11 change of address form, should i file for AC21 now or wait for PD to be current,
My previous company lawyer still is my lawyer, how can i cancel him as a lawyer, should i hire a new lawyer or do all AC21, EAD, AP on my own as needed, any suggestions

should i file for AC21 now or wait for PD to be current,
-------------------------Send the AC21 request now. if the USCIS send RFE then they ask lot of documents.
My previous company lawyer still is my lawyer, how can i cancel him as a lawyer, should i hire a new lawyer or do all AC21, EAD, AP on my own as needed, any suggestions
-------------You can revoke the G28 filed by past company lawyer by sending a request letter to USCIS(where I-485 pending) that lawyer XYZ no more represent you and any communication by USCIS in future should be sent to you directly on your home address……….. On cover letter write your Name, DOB, Pending I-485 receipt number and A#. Attach the copy of I-485 filing receipt with request letter and out side the envelope write in big bold letters: Request to revoke form G28 send with Pending I-485.send it with certified return receipt. Keep the copy of each document that you send to USCIS.
Or
Hire your lawyer or new company lawyer so that new lawyer can represent you.
OR
Let new company lawyer send new G28 and also send AC21 papers.

one can file EAD AP directly or through any lawyer.
