Should I file 140 to VSC now?

After April 1, the 140 application must be filed to NSC. Do I need to push the attorney to file my 140 before April 1?

My situation is got PERM approved on March 15 and received the package from the Department Of Labor. Have not start to prepare for the 140 application yet. Is 3 days enough for filing 140? Any suggestion are welcome. Thanks!

I also got my Labor approved couple of days back.
I talked to my lawyer and she said it is better to file it to NSC as if you try to hurry and send it to VSC, more then likely they will transfer it to NSC.

I am certain that your case will be transferred to NSc even if you submit now. I guess VSC will probably process cases that are pending. It is best if you could send directly to NSC. You case may be adjudicated by NSC or TSC.
