Should I expect RFE ?

Guys,

My lawyer has not submitted paystubs and past W-2's with I-485 application.

Should I expect a RFE for these documents ? Please advice if anybody know about it.

Nope. Those are not required documents for I-485. Some lawyers use them to prove ability-to-pay before hand. You may or may not get a RFE depending on your company. If it is big and known company, you will not get a RFE for ability-to-pay.

Hey!! looks like getting a RFE is not bad as approval time seems to be faster for RFE cases these days.

But anyway I am not looking for RFE.
