My ND is 09/05/2002 and haven't got any update since this June after fingerprint. My question is:

Should I call the 800 number? What options in there can reach a representative to ask questions and what type of questions should I ask?

Or should I and how to submit an extradite request, etc.

Dude, do not file request to "extradite" :) (although request to 'expedite' won't hurt). Basically you should call INS and let them know about your dates. They are totally useless in the sense they will ask you to wait upto 30 days have passed. I suggest contact the senator from your area.
 
Hmm. Totally lost my mind. I was so excited when I got my 140 in two months. Never imagined I would end up being so desperate.

Anyway, is it congressmen or senator or both? Are there any FAQs on how to do this?

Which phone options in the 800 number can reach a person to ask questions? I use 1-English, 1-Pending Case, 1-Case Status, 1-Known Receipt Number and it complains my receipt number is too short. Do I need to use 322 for EAC? How to reach a real person from there?

when you call the 800 number its..1-English, 1-Pending Case, 5 to speak to a cust svc rep and ask questions about a pending case.

GoodLuck!! I have called and spoken to someone 3 times in the last 2 months.. no luck so far, they told me to call when the processing dates are 30 days past my RD date.
 
Thanks for the help. Guess I'll wait 30 days pass my ND to start.

Couldn't understand why people start calling while their dates are way ahead of current processing date. Am I too patient?
