Should I call IIO?

According to the list at http://pceegcee.tripod.com/ - almost all cases around my WAC-02-123XXXXX (i.e. starting Feb-Mar 02) already done with fingerprints, but I didn\'t got any requests from INS about.
Should I call IIO and ask remind them about my case?
Should I call CSC directly or local office (San Jose)?

Shouls I call at CSC (949)-831-8427 or should I call local field office at SanJose (what\'s their phone number?)?
 
I called. Result - zero

IIO said "we working on June 2001 cases now. Your case was not scheduled for FP yet. Please wait"
Is it right that lawyer can fax a request for FP after 120 days of processing?
 
Yes, You can fax after 120 days.....

I have heard about this from two different IIOs on 2 diff occasions. Go ahead and fax if it is over 120days..
