Should I be worried

I responded to RFE and was recieved at VSC, I have the USCIS stamped reciept, on Oct 5, 2005.

Online Status is still the same ... " on ... we mailed req.... additional evidence .. " despite LUDs have changed a few times as you can see in my signature ...

I called USCIS .. they said WAIT ... the agent said he has no information.

Should I be concerned ? and try talking to someone else at VSC or
as the agent said "wait" .... All I wanna make sure that they have recived my documents .. any views ?
 
I would call them back in a week and ask them to confirm whether they received your response. Based on my personal experience, different officers may give you different answers, some are willing to discuss your current status in more details, some are not.
 
You may not need to worry right away, wait because it's holiday season but keep following up. Keep the receipt in a safe place which proves that response to RFE was sent. If you can print the online conformation of the documents delivered there.
