I saw that that TSC are processing cases with Receipt Date of April 2004. My receipt date is March 31, 2004. I have not seen any LUD change on my case since September 2004 (when we did an enquiry about not receiving FP notice). My wife received a RFE few weeks ago to which we have replied!!
I do not know status of my name check, as the FBI has not replied to my email. I wanted to get some opinions from experts whether I should start calling TSC or congressman or keep waiting. My lawyer says that they should be processing my case.
