Should I be paid on the bench?

Hi All,
Do anybody know if employer is required to pay employee on H1B
visa all the time, even on the bench?
Can I do something if employre don't pay?

yes, complain to INS. Start legal proceedings against employer. But think of the consequences...

Watch that Statute of Limitations! It's normally fairly long for Breach of Contract Claims but this may be different. The Statute of Limitations varies for contract claims from state-to-state.
