I know this may seem like a trivial matter for some of you, but it is keeping me up at night. Here is my situation I got my GC in 2006 (10years). I have no real issues except a case that was brought against me in small claim court by a credit card co. I contested the charges (less than $1300). But I lost. I owe the money but could not pay it. I was ordered to pay, but did not. Well this have an effect on the application. God Bless you for the help and thank you.
