Should i apply for Eb1 again (after 2 years)

i have a denied eb1 in 2006.

i feel that i have more to show now that in 2006. i am in a tenure track faculty position and have more publications and research grants.

i am considering to reapply for eb1 now.

Any suggestions?

Do the USCIS see the previous EB1 application?
 
Maybe. You should look at the reasons you were denied and see if those have been improved. For example, if you were not a tenur-track faculty they might think you did not have a permenant position, and now you have it.
