should i apply for 485 at NSC

I can apply for I485 either at NSC (My address is in Iowa) OR at CSC (Company base).
What would you guys advise. I see that people as late as 9/2002 have got approvals at NSC. My I140 was filed and approved from CA .So does it make more sense to apply at CSC .
Please let me know what you think

You should apply to NSC based on where you are living.

I think you can choose either...I've had friends that applied at NSC ( company HQ) even though they lived in CA/TX/FL !!!

Mostly the company had a policy of applying only at NSC irrespective of where you lived - you may want to check on that.

Am not sure of the +/- between NSC and CSC.

yes i understand that i can apply in either service center but was thinking whether anyone knew which is better in terms of processinf OR its all luck (which i know ).

if there is no logic then i will apply in CA because thats where my 140 got approved
