Hi All
I applied 140, 485 Concurent Filing from Nebraska, and My I-140 Approved and got EAD, AP, and the 485 AD/ND is Sep 2003, it was crossed over 180 days (more then 240 days approx) . i got a Full time offer at client position. should i accept it,
what are the things i need to take care before i accept the offer.?
Is there any affect in my Green card ?
Is there any issues with my H1 Holder Company.?
I don't want to use the same lawyer , he works for my H1 Company?
Current 485 processing date says DEC 2001 , mine is SEP 2003, does it mean i have to wait another 1 year 9 months to get my Green card.?

Please suggest me what to do ( i am in big Dilema ?)

Thanks,
Shekar PC

Do a search on all AC21 related threads here....
pay close attention to conditions on portability and experiences of folks that've used AC21.

I think by the time you are done with it, you'll know whether to take this offer or not.

Its been discussed here before.

Thanks !

Under new program you may get your I 485 approval with 180 days …….If you can hold with present company try for stay more 6 months then you can change …….

Still if you want to change company ……..

You can change job. Does the new employer hire you on bases of EAD or H1B?
The greencard should not be affected any how as long as you keep the same kind of job with approx same or higher wages. You should be prepared to show the employment later at later approval stage.

Do you mean that guy who filed his I-485 in Sep, 2003 will get his approval in 6 months? I filed my I-485 & I-140 consurrently also in June, 2003, can I expect that my case will be approved in 6 months or less? :)

I think so ......because under NEW program you may get approval within 6 months ......

This just my guess ........

Thanks
