should I-130 and I-485 be sent in same packet?

Hey Guys,

I am about to file for marriage based (USC) GC.

Should I send I-130 and I-485 and other forms (I-693,I-765,I-864,I-131,G-325A) in the same package to local BCIS office or should some forms be sent seperately?

Also I am in mclean VA, where is my local BCIS office is it Washington DC office or arlington office?

I could not get the info clearly from any where?

Any help or pointers would be of great help

Hi vik,

I believe you should send all the forms in one package to a local BCIS office. However, some offices require I-693 to be mailed with the other forms, and some don't. For this question, and where to find your local office for filing, BCIS customer service line (800) 375-5283 is always helpful. I called many times when I was preparing my forms and it really helped. Good luck!
