Short visit on B2 question

Hello,
My husband has a multiple entry b1 visa and is visiting US for a project through his company for 4 weeks. I and our son would like to accompany him for a vacation as our son is eager to see Disneyland. What documents are required for us apart from DS156 & 157. We have an apartment here and sufficient bank balance plus his employer is giving us a letter saying we would be accompanying him. We will be back before the school reopens in June.
We were in US for 6yrs on H1/H4 visa and returned in 2002. Will there be any issues in getting a tourist visa.

As long as you can show strong ties to your country of residence, there should not be an issue in applying (and hopefully getting) for B-2 visas.
