Short Stay visa to France-Paris

Hi All:

Myself and my wife hold a AP travel documents through our GC application in US.
We both have our EAD's ( work authorization document) as well.

Wanted to know if we can get a short stay visa to visit France for 3 days with the above documents or is it needed to have GC/H1B/F1 to get the visa to France

Any inputs in this regard is appreciated.
