RFE Help
I didn't get the RFE yet, but I can guess what it is:
One of my previous employer go out of business, that I couldn't get a employment letter from him.
I am also afraid of the request of my TAX form of 2004. All my previous TAX form is fine, but my tax form of last year is kindof fishy. As my employer delayed a part of my salary, that the W2 is not that much, (About $40k, it's supposed to be $80k).
The employment letter IS $80K, but it got delayed.
SHIT, it's not my fault, but am I going to get punished?

As long as you can provide the necessary paper work when you reply to the RFE, you should be fine.

Dont worry if one year pay is 40 K because pay shown on 485 application is for employment after 485 approval. So if empoyer just writes letter of confirming intent to hire then it should be fine.
